How Pornography Prostitution became legal: California v. Freeman

In order to understand how commercial pornography prostitution became legal in the United States, one must understand the 1988 California Supreme Court decision of People of California v. Harlod Freeman.  This one decision is substantially responsibly for why the San Fernando Valley is now known as the San Pornando Vally in California.  The legal decision came about because of a less than perfectly worded statute, an activist court and future lack of leadership by both an understanding governor and legislature.

“California v. Freeman was the criminal prosecution of Harold Freeman, a producer and director of pornographic films, by the U.S. state of California. Freeman was arrested in 1987 for hiring adult actors, which the prosecution interpreted as pimping, as part of an attempt by California to shut down the pornographic film industry. The prosecution’s interpretation was ultimately rejected on appeal by the California Supreme Court. Prior to this decision, pornographic movies had often been shot in secret locations.

Freeman was initially convicted, and lost on appeal to the California Court of Appeal. The trial judge, however, thought jail would be an unreasonably harsh penalty for Freeman’s conduct, and sentenced him to probation, despite the fact that this was explicitly contrary to the statute. The State appealed this sentence but lost.

Freeman appealed to the California Supreme Court, which subsequently overturned his conviction, finding that the California pandering statute was not intended to cover the hiring of actors who would be engaging in sexually explicit but non-obscene performances. Freeman could only have been lawfully convicted of pandering if he had paid the actors for the purpose of sexually gratifying himself or the actors. The court relied upon the language of the statute for this interpretation, as well as the need to avoid a conflict with the First Amendment right to free speech. The court viewed Freeman’s conviction as “a somewhat transparent attempt at an ‘end run’ around the First Amendment and the state obscenity laws.”

The State of California unsuccessfully tried to have this judgment overturned by the United States Supreme Court. Justice Sandra Day O’Connor denied a stay of the California Supreme Court’s judgment, finding that its ruling was founded on an independent and adequate basis of state law. The full Court subsequently denied the petition for review.

As a result of this precedent, the making of hardcore pornography was effectively legalized in California.

In 2008, in the case of New Hampshire v. Theriault, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, citing Freeman, upheld the distinction between pornography production and prostitution in that state.[1]

2010 Campaign Tony Zirkle for Congress

The material below represents content for campaigns prior to 2010.  My main goal for the 2010 campaign is to further stimulate debate about the status of commercial porn-prostitution my research convinces me is at the root cause of many of our present social curses.  Among those are:  1. the war on terror  2. national debt  3  the loss of our manufacturing base  4.  crime and taxes

1.  Al-Qaeda recruits followers with the legitimate argument “invaded chastities” will be the result of expanded American culture.

2.  Both terror and “grinding poverty” are a curses of the everlasting covenant.  Porn-prostitution is a violation of the adultery commandment.  See Leviticus 26:15-16.  I’m persuaded we’re wrongly fighting the war on terror and can not reverse our debt slide in significant part because the judicial branch has activistly interpreted the Constitution to protect the porn pimps.

3.  Sex addicted societies are less creative.  Less creative people are less able to innovate and compete for the most efficient manufacturing processes.  See President Johnson’s Porn Commission comments by Keating.

4.  The sex addicted turn to drugs.  The drug addicted commit crimes.  We pay taxes to prosecute and incarcerate them.

I will be attempting to educate and inform the public about how the judicial branch is currently protecting commercial porn pimps and how we can revolutionize our society and experience the positive benefits that Kings like Josiah did in his social reformation in the 7th Century B.C.  King Josiah took out the porn pimps of his day and was blessed with the Egyptian pharaoh telling him that God had sent him to fight the Assyrians for him.  Unfortunately, King Josiah didn’t listen.

Similarly, one lesson of Hitler is that once you start realizing all of the economic benefits that can be obtained from stemming the flow of porn-prostitution in your society you better be careful not to let it go to your head; otherwise, you might successfully combat adultery but become a murderer in the process.

A more present example is the jihadists who rightly oppose American adultery but entertain thoughts and sometimes carry out acts of murder along the way.

In the 2008 primary, I probably had more negative attacks directed my way than any other congressional candidate in the nation.  I invited it and deserved it.  I knew that I’d take a major hit this year, especially when the democrat presidential race nearly monopolized the press.

I didn’t have a chance to explain why my positions, which surely appeared to be novel to much of the public, were correct and best for this nation. Additionally, the Republican non-leadership would not allow debates and dis-invited me to speak before voters. I couldn’t get even one of my economic proposals substantially published to the public in the local media. I was shooting for 20%, and it looks like I’ll get close to that.

However, with respect to the social issues, when it comes to who was most successful in placing their ideas on the public record, I can claim an incredible victory. I, myself, have been extremely pleased at how well my plan worked to get my message out for public consumption. I obtained national coverage from numerous Internet blogs, Fox National news, CNN, MSNBC and nationally syndicated radio talk shows. I’ve said from the beginning that my primary purpose was not to win, but to educate and inform. To that end, I can claim this campaign as a tremendous success.

I had to make a difficult decision with my tv commercials.  Do I invest all to try to correct the record on false statements said about my positions and misunderstandings about them and lose votes, or do I invest all trying to create a warm and fuzzy, meaningless sound bite image and gain votes.  Most choose the later.  I chose the former.

I engaged in an experiment to see if the Great Porn Dragon could withstand my onslaught of humor. He can, or perhaps, I’m just not as funny as I think I am. That’s been my sister’s position since I was a pre-teen.

In any event, may the force be with Luke. He’s going to need it in 2008. I, however, am going to enjoy my summer.

I just conducted a radio interview with the Chicago-based, nationally syndicatted Mancow show.  I must say I was a bit disappointed that Mancow did not have better questions to ask.  It seemed they were trying to engage me in a radio spitting match with a black gentlement whom I believe may be Al Roker, Jr..  The issues are too important and serious to get engaged in a frivolous spitting match.

TONY ZIRKLE Called by MSNBC’s Keith Olberman World’s 2nd Worst Person in the World!

Last week, MSNBC’s Keith Olberman on his Countdown show called me the world’s 2nd worst person after Bill O’Reilly and ahead of John McCain.  What cracks me up is that he showed the picture of me presenting the Gospel book, “The Desire of Ages” to the National Socialists.  You know that America and its liberal dominated media have become morally bankrupt when you are called the second worst person in the world for trying to present Jesus to a group the media claims is filled with hate.  So, let me get this straight.  The liberal media believes that evangelizing Nazis is more evil than suicide bombers, child rapists, drug dealers, murders, torturers and yes even porn-pimps.  Maybe those national socialists have a point that WWII was really about liberalism and communism dominating the world and that it was an assault on Christian civilization.  Was the bipolar Churchhill possibly deceived?  Was America?  Didn’t General Patton say that we should have been fighting the Russian communists instead?  How many people died after WWII because of the new communist threat that Patton said we should not have tolerated.  On the other hand, communism gave us Russian brides and capitalism gave us porn stars.  Oh, that’s tmi (too much info).  Maybe asking these qustions will get me ranked #1.  Anyway, here’s the link:

If the 2008 fall election were to take place today, Republicans would have their lunch handed to them in an empty bag.  How do we Republicans ensure that the liberal secular regressives do not sweep the White House and Congress and use this unified power to install their activist, living constitutionalists?

The answer is to solve the issues that voters care about – Health Care, Jobs, Immigration, Iraq, Internet Porn, and Anti-Semitism.  My conspiracy theory for the 2008 primary is that porn, the most effective wmd, makes the world war go round and is the central justice obstructor that is inhibiting solutions to the above issues.  In my view, the best way to cut taxes is to address the social issues that tax us 1/2 to death and that inspire our enemies who don’t want their daughters treated worse than Michael Vick’s dogs.  If I have to hear one more young single mother in my family law practice tell me that she gets treated worse than a dog, I’m going to consider running a campaign that is not intentionally devised to lose so that I can enjoy my summer.

1. Accordingly, as the above two groups sexually self-genocide themselves, the currently more meek Latinos are inheriting the land – and they should under current conditions.

For me, while I was studying history in the seminary, I kept asking myself why the most consistent factor in judging the governments in the Kings and Chronicles was how they treated the prostitution cults with their “high places,” “sacred poles,” and “groves.”  Yet, even with all that evidence, my “aha” moment probably still did not click for me until I was placed on the Federal Grand Jury list for the nation’s largest federal porn investigation when the feds sent me down to Texas to personally show me how the porn business operates.

As I’m writing this during the Super Tuesday 2008 news coverage, two commercials have promoted “There Will Be Blood.”  It’s not surprising that un-Holywood would promote a movie that depicts a nut case preacher and his preacher-murdering convert as having the best actor, best cin- ematography, best this, best that, and the best film of 2007.  The prior commercial I saw stated that we should not “even think about missing the ending.”  The ending depicted a convert murdering his preacher.  Hate speech takes many forms.

If history can not produce one mono-syllabic tax cut king to stick his fluking harpoon between the porn Tiamat’s oeilles, then perhaps history will one day send a homeless vet to attempt a confoundation of those incognoscenti who think they’re wise.  I’m starting to feel very strongly that a lot of very bad events are going to happen to me in the very near future for writing this.  They say that fools rush to where angels fear to tread.  Would that the world could produce just one punk porn dragon slayer.  I think I’m going to be serving chowder, ice tea and fish to tourists in t-shirts like that freecreditreport.com guy.

War on Terror

As defense secretary Rumsfeld recently questioned a few years ago, are we wining this war? We spend billions and the terrorists only spend millions. The number of children who grow up brainwashed to hate the U.S. is probably not declining. With birth rates alone, it takes neither a genius nor a prophet to predict what philosophy will rule the world in 2-3 generations if the tide does not shift. U.S. Americans abort and fornicate away their prosperity. Asians have few children. Sub-Saharan Africans are dying like flies with AIDS. Russians have lost 3 million in their population over the last decade and Europe has a declining birth rate. The main group of baby producers has become the Islamic world. If radicalism triumphs in this group, we will enter a new dark age that may last longer than the 1,260 odd years of the previous one.

I recently saw a documentary on suicide bombers. They were being taught the philosophy that the very moment that the first drop of their murderous blood touched the ground, their sins would be forgiven and their souls would be immediately transported to paradise where they could enjoy the company of infinite virgins. To me, this terrorist philosophy is similar, although it’s a far more evil extension, to what Tetzel was promoting across Europe 500 years ago when he went overboard on what most Catholics would accept today by proclaiming that the very moment that people’s coins would drop in the bucket and the echo reverberated to heaven, their sins would be forgiven (even future ones that included crimes) and that the tortured souls of their grandmothers would be temporarily released from the torments of purgatory. Perhaps we need to find a Luther (preferably without his faults) among the Islamic world if we ever are to find any lasting peace with them.

In our politically-correct culture, it is often unacceptable to criticize a religious belief. However, when religion promotes the murder of innocent lives or even the economic exploitation of the poor and uneducated or the uninformed, I for one, can not remain silent.

3. The only two Biblical recordings of “smoke of a great furnace” are in Genesis 19 (Sodom) and Revelation 9, whom Uriah Smith and Methodist John Wesley would connect to militant Islam. The last verse of Revelation 9 says that people still did not give up “pornei”

9. Prostitution is the only recorded sin which took Jesus 7 separate times (7 devils) to heal in Mary Magdalene.

10. The New Testament speaks that fornication (pornei) is the one sin that is committed against the body.  One of Jesus’ first and last acts was to cleanse the temple.  The NT speaks of our body as the temple of the Holy Ghost.

11. Fornication (pornei) is one of the 4 prohibitions listed in Acts 15.

12. Revelation describes Babylon as making “all nations drink the wine of the wrath of her pornei.”

13.  The French Revolution, which arose in part after Voltaire reacted the the great earthquake of Lisbon in 1755, changed marriage into a simple civil contract.  The dictator Napoleon arose in its wake.  See Revelation Chapter 11.  While the jury is still out on the Fr. Rev., the preliminary report seems to indicate a judgment on marriage.

There are many other examples. I hope you will consider these arguments when you think of the roots of terror. I recently spoke with former CIA director George Tenet at my Georgetown University 10 year reunion. I asked him about Osama Bin Laden’s statement that the West’s porn is one reason to attack us and then suggested that militant Islam might accomplish by their high birth rates and our high sexually transmitted disease rates (up to 50% of all Americans by age 25) what they could not in 1400 years of military assault. He stated, “could be.” There are 2 institutions from the Garden of Eden, the Sabbath and Marriage. Has the West neglected to teach more on marriage and on porn’s assault on the institution?

I also have concerns about Jewish involvement in porn which was almost a cartel until recently. Hitler claimed in the movie “The Eternal Jew” that Jews comprised 98% of all pimps in Germany. Christians and Muslims could unite on anti-Semitism and use the Jews’ involvement in porn-prostitution to incite the public. This is one possible scenario for Revelation 12’s final war on those who “keep the commandments of God” (including the 7th day Sabbath) and perhaps Sunday worship (In the midst of the 2 mark of the beast quotes in Rev. 13 and 14, the Sabbath commandment is quoted.  cf. Gen. Chapter 2; Ex. Chapters 5, 16, 20 and 31; Deut. Chapters 6, 11;  and Eze. Chapter 20, for example) will connect Christians and Muslims through the rise of another misguided charismatic or even “Mary” or “Christ” apparitions. (Pakistan has already switched their day of rest from Friday to Sunday).

Child Pornography

After the successful “Blue Orchid” operation that shut down one Russian-U.S. child porn ring in 2001, the U.S. Customs Office gave a press conference where they stated that we now have about 100,000 Web sites linked in some way to child pornography.

As a prosecutor, I attended a week-long seminar on cyber stalking crime and the sexual exploitation of children on the internet. When we conducted chat room investigations, I posed as a 15-year old from Penn High. It took only minutes before two guys were trying to meet me. We have never made life so easy for pedophiles.

I had never seen child porn in my life, and I still thought it was somewhat rare, until one day when a lady walked into my prosecutor’s office and told me that she was suicidal because her husband was downloading it and showing it to her kids. I immediately obtained a search warrant from a judge, and to my surprise, I learned that this material is all over the internet with virtually every .com permutation of names for children. I also learned that filters will never work. “Boys” is often spelled “boyz” and with 5,000 plus languages, no filter can effectively stop it.

Therefore, I am proposing a cost-effective solution that will work. We have thousands of police officers and prosecutors working second jobs checking ids at bars and waiting on tables. Let us give them something more to do that is more in line with their training. I will introduce legislation that will create thousands of “private attorney generals” across this nation. They will investigate, subpoena and civilly forfeit the proceeds and assets of the child porn industry on their own time, and when they are successful, they can keep 1/3 of the proceeds for their time and efforts. As an additional incentive, I will propose that their student loans be placed in deferment and that proceeds can be used to pay down their principle balances. No one should be able to market child exploitation and profit from that activity.

God, Guns & Gays vs. Diablos, Dildos for Derringers & Dingleberries

We should consider replacing the battery power between American womens’ legs with fire power on their hips.  Power is the ultimate aphrodesiac.  It would certainly reduce domestic violence and increase American women’s birth rates so that we could begin diversifying everybody else’s countries with family exports instead of having all of them just diversify our own.  We wouldn’t need immigrants to fill jobs.  Besides, who knows how much dildo use has led men to get intimidated to the point where many now need Viagra to get in the mood.  Men should not have to compete with divorce aids that exceed the geometrical dimentions of their femurs.

Porn – Prostitution

Bin-Laden may be foreign enemy number one, but there is a domestic enemy that has invaded the most intimate areas of our lives, destroyed families, abused children and animals, and by alienating men and women from each other, has tripled the homosexual population in just the last decade. History and economics both demand that this industrial complex be ended immediately.

First, let’s set aside the religion aspect of the Bible and view it from a historical perspective. Even among those who reject its inspiration, many will still give at least some weight to its historical value. I ask this question, why were so many governments in the OT judged by how they treated the “high places” and the “sacred poles” or groves? Consider the following texts:

1 Ki. 14:23 For they also built them high places, and images, and groves, on every high hill, and under every green tree. 14:24 And there were also sodomites in the land: [and] they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.

2 Ki. 18:3 And he did [that which was] right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that David his father did. 18:4 He removed the high places, and brake the images, and cut down the groves, and brake in pieces the brazen serpent that Moses has made. … 21:3 For he built up again the high places which Hezekiah his father had destroyed; and he reared up altars for Baal, and made a grove, as did Ahab king of Israel; and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them. … 23:19 And all the houses also of the high places that [were] in the cities of Samaria, which the kings of Israel had made to provoke [the LORD] to anger, Josiah took away, and did to them according to all the acts that he had done in Bethel.

2 Chr. 4:3 For he took away the altars of the strange [gods], and the high places, and brake down the images, and cut down the groves: 14:4 And commanded Judah to seek the LORD God of their fathers, and to do the law and the commandment. 14:5 Also he took away out of all the cities of Judah the high places and the images: and the kingdom was quiet before him. … 19:3 Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God. … 21:11 Moreover he made high places in the mountains of Judah, and caused the inhabitants of Jerusalem to commit fornication, and compelled Judah [thereto].

Jer. 3:2 Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness. … 3:20 Surely [as] a wife treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith the LORD. 3:21 A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping [and] supplications of the children of Israel: for they have perverted their way, [and] they have forgotten the LORD their God.

Ezek. 16:16 And of thy garments thou didst take, and deckedst thy high places with divers colours, and playedst the harlot thereupon: [the like things] shall not come, neither shall it be [so]. … 16:24 [That] thou hast also built unto thee an eminent place, and hast made thee an high place in every street. 16:25 Thou hast built thy high place at every head of the way, and hast made thy beauty to be abhorred, and hast opened thy feet to every one that passed by, and multiplied thy whoredoms. … 43:7 And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, [neither] they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.

Rev. 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. 2:21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. … 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

This small sampling suggests to me that these “high places” and groves or “sacred poles” were areas of cultic prostitution in the Baal/Asherim fertility rites. Mass prostitution was repeatedly condemned and was connected to national destruction that included war. Elijah fought his battle of Armageddon (Mount of Meggido) against the porn pimps of his day. The word “porn” comes from the Greek word pornei which is translated fornication. In my thirteen years of college course work, much of it which was history, I have come to believe that history repeats itself and that one of the great lessons of history is that we fail to learn from its lessons.

This culture war that we are having is nothing new. Every few generations it rears its ugly head. It was barely a century ago that the U.S. Congress passed the Mann Act which was also known as the “White Slave Trade Act” because of the mass explosion in prostitution. A century before that, the French established a nude “goddess of reason,” made marriage nothing but a civil contract and a Reign of Terror ensued which eventually led to rise of the dictator Napoleon. “France presented also the characteristics which especially distinguished Sodom. During the Revolution there was manifest a state of moral debasement and corruption similar to that which brought destruction upon the cities of the plain. And the historian presents together the atheism and the licentiousness of France, as given in the prophecy: ‘Intimately connected with these laws affecting religion, was that which reduced the union of marriage–the most sacred engagement which human beings can form, and the permanence of which leads most strongly to the consolidation of society–to the state of a mere civil contract of a transitory character, which any two persons might engage in and cast loose at pleasure. . . . Additionally, one history professor has informed me that if one examines the original Latin texts of the middle/dark ages, much of which has not yet been translated into English, one will find that the consensus of political/historical thought about why the Muslims were attacking the west was because societies had fallen into moral decay and that the attacks were judgments. When analyzing an event before the middle/dark ages, historians have also cited social decay as one of the reasons for the fall of the Roman Empire.

As we look to our nations, we have recently heard Senator Evan Bayh discuss our national debt in terms of losing our national sovereignty. We have a 7 trillion debt and now over a 500 billion dollar deficit. We do not have the resources to waste on mass court proceedings for divorces, child custody fights, actions to enforce child support, and prisons for children who grew up undisciplined because one parent was overburdened with three jobs and no help. We need strong families that produce productive children who will achieve their maximum potential.

Moreover, healthy families and marriage promote good mental health. If you ever take an abnormal psychology class and study the side effects of the medications that are often given in treatment, one will find that a common side effect is that the drugs diminish the libido. Perhaps many would not be suffering from mental illness if they were involved in a healthy and positive sexual relationship in a marriage.

This mass porn prostitution problem that we have today is the result of judges making it virtually impossible to prosecute and prosecutors who do not have the guts to do it. Is there any logic in prosecuting the $20 crack addicted prostitute on South Michigan Street in South Bend, but not the $1,000 a scene Hollywood prostitute? Believe it or not, prosecutors have told me that the video camera removes the act of sex for money from the prostitution laws. In fact, the reason why the videos are made primarily in California is because the California Supreme Court basically pulled a Clinton “it depends on what the meaning of is is” and said that the legislature did not write the state properly to cover prostitution on video tape.

When I was assigned the task of bringing charges against all four of the adultery book stores in South Bend as its community prosecutor, I gained a real education about this industry. I tapped the brains of what may be the two most experienced federal prosecutors in this field. I was also placed on the grand jury list for a prominent federal investigation and was exposed to the inside nature of the industry. I learned that President George H.W. Bush, when he left office in 1993, had every major distributor under investigation or indictment. Clinton-Reno fired every federal obscenity prosecutor and left one remaining. They ran him around in circles for 5 years and nothing was accomplished. No worse time in history could have been chosen with the explosion of the internet in the 1990s. When George W. Bush took office in 2001, the porn industry freaked and flooded the market with a mass of very, very hard core material in order to protect itself. Now child porn, beastiality, torture and bondage are just a click away. No one should be able to exploit children and what are often the mentally ill sex addicts for filthy lucre.

Now I do not expect everyone to agree with all of my view here. Some will vehemently disagree and will probably sent me hate mail. I only state that these are my views from my limited 33 years of life experience. If John Wesley was on the right path of interpretation for Revelation 9, then the culture war may very well be connected to the war on terror. He said it discussed Islamic attacks on the west. I could do 2 Ph.Ds on the subject and I still probably could not say with 100% confidence whether or not he was right. In any event the last verse is worth noting. Rev. 9:21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts. Sorceries is pharmakia or “drugs” in Greek and fornication is “porneia.” Can you image what our nation could accomplish if we would give up murder, drugs, porn and stealing? I believe that this porn-prostitution industry is the boll weevil root cause for much of our ills and is taxing us in far more ways than we will ever realize.

The Great Porn Jihad War Tax: Prolific Porn Mule Serial Woman-Womb Slaughterers

The Nazis murdered on a previously unprecedented scale; however, the efficiency of the porn industry’s womanslaughtering is rapidly becoming its rival. If we had accurate metrics to calculate the current porn slaughter of what is very often busty blond white “Christian” women, who often dangle a cross below their necks, we might be able to argue that one of the most efficient contemporary international genocidal operations abounds in this particular white flesh market. The Internet is full of info about white slave trafficking of Eastern European and Russian women. The trade even caused Amnesty International to protest Israel’s mass prostitution rings a couple of years ago because many white women were being enslaved there where, unbelieveably, it wasn’t even illegal to own prostitute slaves there as of a few years ago.

The time has come and the evidence is available from just the Internet alone for one to be able to logically argue that the United States has and is producing, via its multi-billion dollar per year mob and maffia dominated porn-prostitution industry, a very large percentage of the most prolific serial first-person womanslaughterers in history.

How is this? For example, examine the nature of the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). HPV has become so wide-spread in our culture that it is almost a sign of simply having fornicated prior to marriage. Porn mules who fornicate with hundreds or thousands of women will almost to a 100% certainty be infected with HPV at a minimum. Men will typically show no outward signs or symptoms; however, women will suffer the internal consequences of cervical cancer, sterility and even death.

In my law practice, I have seen first hand the effects of HPV. Multiple young women still in their 20s have paraded in and out of my law office who have had their entire cervixes removed because of the HPV. Many of them will never be able to have children. While a porn-addicted insane serial murderer like Ted Bundy can possible murder 20 or 30 women before being caught, a porn-mule can lay waste the wombs of thousands. The OT women once chanted that King Saul has slain his thousands but David his ten thousands. Upon Sauls suicide, David lamented that “The beauty of Israel is laid waste in the high places.” Porn pimps search the world high and low for contemporary beauty and then lay it waste by the tens of thousands in the lowest forms of degraded money shot sub-dignified behavior.

A similar chant can be sung today. While King David stole about a thousand wives, contemporary porn mules slay their ten thousands via STDs and body temple abusing practices. If Jesus were here today, it wouldn’t surprise me if he wouldn’t commit more than just a little criminal mischief inside a few of our neo-Baal cult adultery worship book store porn temples. Yet, somehow we remain silent and allow a few tyrannical U.S. Supreme Court decisions to make porn proliferation the most protected crime on the books. For instance, it is the only crime for which one can commit in the presence of a police officer in public where the police can not make an arrest without prior permission from a judge.

Porn mules abuse women’s body temples to the maximum degree, infect virtually every single one with at least the HPV, genocidally kill their wombs in a matter of years, and render them all but lifetime unmarriageable in a day. Thomas Jefferson once pledged eternal war against all who would exercise tyrrany over the minds of men. I would estimate that half of the women coming through my law office for divorce today are complaining of their husband’s addiction to sex or porn. Where are the men today who will stand against this porn tyrant?

Terror/Cultural Wars and Porn-Prostitution

1. Iraq

Voters deserve to know how each congressional candidate stands on this issue. Iraq represents a gray area. Without a crystal ball or the gift of prophesy, anyone who is 100% for invading Iraq or 100% against it probably isn’t examining all the facts. If Iraq successfully develops a representative government, then President Bush will go down in history as a courageous hero. If Iraq devolves into civil war or if our invasion serves as powerful anti-west “crusader” propaganda that catapults the militants to the power reigns of the mostly peaceful Islamic world, then he will be judged as a reckless cowboy.

The second scenario is in noone’s best interest. We have passed the point of no return, so we should all unite behind our president and present to the world a unified front. Accusing the president of fraud without evidence will in no way encourage other nations to join us and will only place our troops at higher levels of risk. I see no possibility that Bush intentionally deceived us about WMDs. Would any rational person lie about that knowing that the world was watching? The Republicans have failed in this respect. They have allowed the democrats to define the debate to center on WMDs. The point about invading Iraq was that Saddam had violated 17 U.N. resolutions including 1441. We could have justified regime change based on that fact, based on his past genocide of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, or even his comforting and supporting of current terrorists like Abu Nidal (sp?).

Iraq was a judgment call, and Bush had powerful arguments for acting now. For instance, if Iraq were to acquire nuclear weapons like North Korea or Pakistan, invasion for regime change would no longer be possible. Iraq would continue its dictatorship, and after Saddam died, his sons would likely have taken over for another 40 years or so. Iraq would continue to pay $25,000 to the families of suicide bombers and peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis would never materialize.

2. Israeli-Palestinian Peace

I’m not convinced a two state solution will work. I am proposing a three state solution. First, Israel will withdraw from the Gaza strip. This will become the state of Palestine. Next, the U.N. will delegate to China (and possibly North Korea as a way of integrating them into world politics) the responsibility for security in the disputed areas of the west bank and the Golan Heights. I pick China because they are the super power who probably has least offended Muslims in the past. China is an economically emerging economy and easily has the manpower and resources to serve in this capacity.

Israel will withdraw back to the 1967 pre-war borders. The west bank and the Golan Heights will become a third, mixed-race state with a constitution that protects minority rights. East Jerusalem will serve as the capital and it will include the temple mount.

Both sides will renounce both violence and revenge. The current situation is unsolvable because no remedy at law exists for attacking the other. Money could serve as a remedy like it is in the U.S. courts. However, a better remedy might available that would provide a greater incentive to peace. Land. For every Israeli that a Palestinian suicide bombs, Israel’s land will increase by an acre. For every Palestinian that an Israeli Apache helicopter bombs, Palestinian territory will increase by an acre. The details are certainly open for debate.

3. North Korea and Iran

North Korea has called us moral lepers and Iran sees us as the great Satan. We call them the axis of evil. We should ask our selves if North Korea and Iran have a point when we consider the following statistics:

A 50% plus divorce rate 3. 2,200,000 U.S. citizens in prison 4. 3,000,000 teenagers acquire an STD each year 5. 50% of our youth pick up an STD by the age of 25 6. 7 trillion dollar debt 7. a constitution that has been interpreted to protect abortion on demand and even partial-birth abortion 8. Mass public gambling 9. A porn-prostitution industry that occupies about 50% of the Web and that is projected to increase from a $4 billion industry in 2001 to a $70 billion industry by 2006

Perhaps the better way to fight this war on terror is to clean up our own house a bit. We are throwing stones at the world, yet we live in the biggest glass house in it.

4. Porn-prostitution

What I’ve seen as a deputy prosecutor in the three largest Indiana jurisdictions along the Chicago-Detroit drug trade corridor has convinced me that our society is self-destructing. We have tripled our prison population since 1975. Why? Fifty percent or more of all crime in drug related in some way. Robberies, burglaries and thefts are usually committed to fund drug habits.

The initial question we should ask is why are so many people addicted to drugs. My theory is that drugs are often used as a poor substitute for the lack of a quality intimate sexual relationship. Marriage has broken down over the last generation, and it is no accident that the sex revolution of the 1960s was accompanied by the drug epidemics we are now experiencing.

The porn-prostitution corporate industrial complex is perfecting its techniques in attacking marriage by the use of the internet and media representatives like Howard “porn stooge” Stern, who may be as much of a long-term threat to this nation as Bin Laden, who with his kidney failure, will likely die on his own in the next decade anyway. For instance, the 3,000 who died in 9-11 is a terrible tragedy, but if we expand the definition of “death” to include mass STD-creating infertility, then we are losing far more citizens and potential life because of people mimicking what they see in porn-prostitution videos than we are to terrorism. Noone should be able to profit from exploiting the sex lives of what is often the mentally ill and drug-addicted. I am proposing a nationwide task force of police and prosecutors who wish to supplement their salaries at virtually no cost to tax payers. They will engage in civil asset forfeitures of 3-10 times the attempted profits plus the costs of collection for any porn-pimp that seeks to exploit the sex lives of others. Many porn “stars” have been diagnosed with manic-depression and part of their struggles revolve around hyper-sexual tendencies. Many of these porn “actors” like Savannah have eventually committed suicide.

Porn-prostitution is no longer run by a mom and pop shop that is protected by the Gambino crime family. It has gone corporate and is located on virtually every high hill video store in this nation. Porn-prostitution is prostitution. Is there any logic in arresting the South Bend $20 crack addicted prostitute but not the $1,000 a scene San Fernando Valley, California crack addicted prostitute? Is not selling porn-prostitution videos promoting prostitution since much of the money returns to California and is used to hire more prostitutes? Porn-prostitution represents what economists would call “negative externalities.” The industry does not pay for the harms that it causes such as higher STD rates, increased crime, the costs of marital breakdown and the loss of respect for the U.S. in international relations.

It was just last Friday that a kid 3 months over 18 years old tested positive for H.I.V. Sixty-five partners now realize they have been put at risk. One other female has already tested positive. We need to educate the public on the economic implications of STDs. Imagine the health care costs that raise premiums for treatment for 50% of all of our youth. One surgery alone to remove HPV cervical cancer cells would cost thousands. One relative of mine chose the gay lifestyle and eventually acquired H.I.V. He has informed me that after going on social security disability, all of his medical bills, which numbered in the several hundred thousand dollar range, have been paid for by tax dollars. For one individual still under 40, tax payers have paid $100,000s. If this trend continues, social security will go bankrupt far before it is projected to and benefits will not be available for seniors. He also told me that it’s unfair for him to only have to pay $2 for his medicines while his grandmother has to pay $200 a month.

Additionally, when other nations observe the fruits of our constitution with our current near-complete undisciplined liberty, why would they want to be like us?

Throughout this campaign, I have proposed reforms for ceasing the public promotion of gambling, for treating the root causes of drug crime and today for reducing the public porn-prostitution culture that we are becoming.

In my opinion, porn-prostitution should be understood as a national security threat both economically and politically because it saps us of vital economic power and because it causes other nations to view us with contempt.

I have many other ideas about the above 4 issues; however, space and time will not permit them to be included here.

Taxes

I would vote make the tax cuts permanent except for the top 1-2% of incomes so that the middle class can be strengthened. Additional tax cuts while deficits are maintained cannot be defended and will serve only to increase government borrowing which will increase the demand on money and raise interest rates.

I would also propose that taxes be an issue on the table for Congress only every other year so that other matters can be accomplished. The constant changing of the tax code creates a mass of waste in accounting, tax preparation and litigation.
