1. What’s the best solution to the conflict in Iraq?
The best solution? Stop glorifying adultery by enshrining neo-Baal porn worship in the heart of the 1st Amendment. Porn-adultery appoints "terror" to us. Lev. 26:16. Remember, slave-raping extended the Civil War.
2. Select the option that best describes your position on illegal immigration.
If we want immigration fixed, the absolute critical issue is to secure local concurrent jurisdiction to enforce immigration laws with no bond holds. I would compromise on almost all for that.
3. Explain your position on the rising price of oil.
We need a LaPorte Co. U.S. Civil Service Academy where the masters and doctorate students and researchers will have an unobstructed key to the patent office for energy technological development.
4. What are your feelings on government surveillance programs the administration says are designed to help catch terrorists?
The problem lies with the judicial branch’s invention of the exclusionary rule. We need to exempt the exclusionary rule for murder and attempted murder (ie terrorism) investigations. Differ the surveillance by the crime.
5. Select the option that best describes your opinion of climate change.
If more of us were vegetarians, fewer livestock would be putting methane in the atmosphere. If families stayed together, we could dramatically cut down on the demand for housing and the natural resources involved.
6. What can or should be done about the sub-prime mortgage situation?
The Constitution states:"No State shall ... pass any ... Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts." We can cut usury rates for credit cards to 18% and cut negative credit reporting from 10 to 2 years.
7. How would you keep Indiana jobs from going overseas or out-of-state?
Cut the world’s second highest corporate tax rate for businesses who do not pay their highest paid earner more than 15 times the lowest. This includes CEOs and professional athletes.
8. What is the role of labor unions in the state’s economy?
Labor unions defend the middle class, ensure that workers’ are not exploited, strengthen the voice of the working class, and provide a sense of teamwork when they might otherwise feel helpless.
9. How can more Hoosiers have access to higher education?
Education is primarily a state issue. If the federal government declared war on porn, families would stick together, drug addiction then crime then taxes would decrease to free money for education.
10. Has the No Child Left Behind act improved Indiana schools? If not, how would you change it?
Vague question. The federal government’s role in education is constitutionally suspect since education is a traditional police power reserved to the state and local communities under the 9th and 10th Amendments.
